4 b) Window in the dinning area next to table opened more than 3 1/2 inches and did not have a screen. 5 b) Outlet in bathroom next to sink was not tamper-resistant with a ground fault circuit interrupter. Outlet next to sink in the kitchen ws not tamper-resistant with a ground fault circuit interrupter.
